Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is set for clear-the-air talks with Refs chief Keith Hackett.
The Daily Mail says the meeting set up by the FA is intended to end a feud that began last season when Hackett was heavily criticised by the United boss following his side's FA Cup quarter-final defeat to Portsmouth.
But Fergie has been warned he is likely to be charged for any repeat offence after a written rebuke saying recent comments, in which he suggested Hackett was biased against United, were "inappropriate".
Hackett helped Ferguson escape a charge by agreeing to the peace initiative. An FA spokesman said: "In view of this meeting we have decided not to take any formal disciplinary action."
