Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson senses his current team are capable of something special this season. He can see Manchester United landing another Treble this season.

Fergie said: "It's a brilliant period for the club. This is exactly the situation you want the club to be in.

"Involved in everything - FA Cup, league, European Cup. Absolutely brilliant. And we've got the squad to do it. If they stay fit then it is definitely a strong position for us."

United's famous 1999 Treble had twists and turns and Fergie sees similarities.

He added: "We've got some great games coming up, really exciting going to Madrid and them coming here."
