Man Utd boss Ferguson says Chicharito out for month

Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez faces a month on the sidelines with ankle-ligament damage.

Hernandez could miss six games before the New Year after suffering the setback when his foot appeared to get caught in the Villa Park surface early in the first half of their 1-0 win over Aston Villa.

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson said of Hernandez's injury: "We think it's torn ankle ligaments unfortunately. We're having a torrid time with injuries at the moment. It could be three to four weeks."
