Man Utd boss Ferguson relaxes BBC ban

Manchester United chief Sir Alex Ferguson spoke to BBC Radio Scotland, relaxing his boycott of the television channel.

The Scot was infuriated by a documentary about his son, Jason's transfer dealings as an agent. Since then he refused to speak to BBC staff and though he's unlikely to relax it for English reporters, at least he took a step towards peace.

He was talking about his Dunfermline career as he had been inducted into the Hall of Fame of the club for scoring 66 goals in 89 games.
