Man Utd boss Ferguson ponders fielding all four attackers

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson won't rule out fielding all four of his attacking stars at Chelsea today.

Dimitar Berbatov and Cristiano Ronaldo will be fit for the match and could take the field with Carlos Tevez and Wayne Rooney at Stamford Bridge.

Ferguson said: "I suppose you could play them all, but it would involve making certain sacrifices. It was hard to leave players out of the '99 team because we had four fantastic strikers then.

"No matter what combination I chose - and they were all terrific combinations - I was always disappointing two of them. There were a few occasions when I was able to play Solskjaer out wide, but in the main I was always disappointing someone.

"The name of the game is to win and if I've got a stronger squad than last season - and, hopefully, I have now, having brought in Berbatov - that can only be a good thing.

"You can't dismiss the contribution of Rooney and Tevez and the form that they've been in, so I've got selection problems for Sunday. But it's the right kind of problem."
