Celtic's Honduran left-back Emilio Izaguirre is under consideration at Manchester United.
The People says United boss Sir Alex Ferguson made a personal check on Izaguirre during last Sunday's Old Firm derby.
Ferguson went to Ibrox last week to watch Izaguirre against Rangers, following several visits from United scouts to see the 24-year-old Central American.
He's in the market for a new left-back in the event they lose Patrice Evra in the summer to Real Madrid.
