Man Utd boss Ferguson: Pogba good, promising player

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was happy to give contract rebel Paul Pogba a Premier League debut in victory over Stoke City.

The French midfielder provided several glimpses of his talent in his 17-minute run-out at the end of the game.

Ferguson said afterwards: "He’s a good player, the boy. He’s very athletic and has a terrific build for a young boy. He’s only 18 and he’s a promising lad."
