Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was pleased with Javier Hernandez's full debut in their 2-2 draw at Fuham.

Chicharito made his first league start for the Reds and acquitted himself well alongside the also-dangerous Dimitar Berbatov.

"I thought Hernandez was bright," said Ferguson. "He had two great strikes in the first half and threatened with his pace.

"I think we've still got to utilise his pace a bit better. I think there were moments when we could have threaded a pass through but took the option of passing it wide. We just have to get used to that part of his game, but he did fine."
