Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has blasted Chelsea's players for badgering ref Lubos Michel during the Champions League final.

Ferguson said: "They were badgering the referee at the end of the first half, the coaching staff, the players.

"I told him 'you are a top class referee, I have no issues, I trust you in these big games'.

"But he was getting pressured by all their players and their staff. Typical Chelsea."
