Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson says Dimitar Berbatov could still stay.

Berbatov's minders are in talks with Lazio.

But Ferguson said: "Nothing is settled on Berbatov. Somebody has got to make an offer for him - we won't be letting him go for nothing, that's for sure.

"Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Berbatov will be here next year - unless someone makes an offer we want for Dimitar. So we will still have that ­experience."
