Man Utd boss Ferguson heaps praise on matchwinner Park: Brave little lad
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Mon, 03/22/2010 - 03:11
Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was delighted with matchwinner Park Ji-sung after victory over Liverpool.
The South Korean is ideally suited to Ferguson's preferred formation, with Wayne Rooney as a lone front-man.
And his diving header to cement all three points was testament to his willingness to run.
"Park is one of those players we can give roles to," said Ferguson.
"He has such intelligence and discipline. Today we found another role for him that was slightly different but was really important for us.
"He is such a brave little lad that his courage got him the goal."

lol manure sluts... so happy over a 2-1 result i say ***** u all low life scums. ManUre scums the fans which are most capable of bashing their team, they want nani n pjs to leave juz becoz they underperform for a few games. dont be suprise when they chase their parents out of the house when they are jobless

DaBee..... I will hold my hands up mate and say that I wanted Park and Nani to go. I think yesterday Park should have got Man Of The Match. He still seems a little lightweight to me and gets brushed off the ball easily but he is an intelligent player and linked with Rooney better than Berbatov has done all season. I think that was the best I have ever seen Park play and if anyone deserved the winning goal it was him. I eat my words!! Nani, on the other hand will never truly realise his massive potential and I still think Fergie should trade him in for maybe Di Maria or Hazard. He has managed to get some consistency to his game now but I still think in the REALLY tight European games we need something just that little bit more. I hope I am wrong because this is the stage of the season where we WILL need something special other than Rooney.
