Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is serious about landing Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama.

The Manchester Evening News says Fergie is willing to allow Nani to leave in order to free up the cash needed to land the 21-year-old.

Nani has been linked with a £20million move to Arsenal, who are eyeing potential replacements for contract rebel Theo Walcott.

Fergie is also thought to be targeting Porto winger Rodriguez with the proceeds from Nani's sale.
