Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is pushing to land Crystal Palace starlet Wilfried Zaha.

The Mail on Sunday says Ferguson could land £10million Crystal Palace winger Zaha, 20, in January by letting him spend the rest of the season on loan at Selhurst Park.

Palace are willing to listen to offers for Zaha right away if they do not disrupt the club's campaign for promotion to the Premier League.

United agreed a similar deal in 2010 when they bought £8m defender Chris Smalling from Fulham and then let him see out the rest of the season at Craven Cottage before moving to Old Trafford.
