Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson believes Claude Makelele's departure has left a big hole in Chelsea's midfield.
"Chelsea have started the season very well but they're a bit different now, particularly without Makelele," he said.
"He was a very important cog in their machine. The power of Michael Essien isn't there either, so it's not what you would call a daunting task to go there with the ability we've got in our team. I think they respect that. I think they know Manchester United can go there and win this game."
