Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is following Arturo Vidal's progress at Juventus Ferguson was impressed by the Chile international's performance against Chelsea last week and he has since made enquiries about the player's availability.

Turin sources say Juve cannot rule out a sale, but have informed United Vidal won't leave for less than €50 million.

Ferguson has a good relationship with Vidal's agent, Fernando Felicevich, who has been trying to build closer ties with United in recent years.
