Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson admits he's gone cold on prime transfer target Dimitar Berbatov, the Tottenham forward.

He said: "There is nothing at all to say about Berbatov. We're looking at options elsewhere.

"We'd like to add to our squad and we're making moves in that direction. We're trying.

"There's an issue with scoring goals at the moment but if you're making as many chances as we are, we shouldn't worry about it because players will come back and we will eventually add to the squad."
