Tottenham will not consider doing business with Chelsea over the sale of Danny Rose.
The London Evening Standard says the Blues are prepared to double the England international's wages to around £120,000-a-week, but it is unlikely Spurs will want to negotiate with the west London club.
Last week, Rose, who is paid in the region of £65,000-a-week at Tottenham, said: "I will make sure I get what I am worth."
He added: “I am not playing as well as I have done not to get paid what I think I am worth."
Along with Chelsea, Manchester United are also interested in the England international, who has stated he expects to play in the north again.
