Manchester United's Ander Herrera has been ruled out for an unspecified amount of time after fracturing a rib.
The 25-year old Spanish midfielder, who joined in the summer from Athletic Bilbao, sustained the injury in the Red Devils' 2-1 win over West Ham United at Old Trafford on Saturday.
It is the second injury Herrera has suffered since arriving at United after he was forced to miss three matches earlier this season with an ankle problem.
Herrera posted the following on Twitter:
A real shame this injury, but now's not the time to feel sorry for myself. I'm already working to be back as soon as possible!
