Inter Milan are ready to cash in on Chelsea target Antonio Candreva.

Candreva only joined Inter from Lazio last summer and appeared set to stay at the San Siro.

But Calciomercato.com says an offer worth around £17.9m could be enough to convince the Serie A giants to sell.

Antonio Conte has targeted a move for the Italy international, who would provide competition for Victor Moses at wing-back and Pedro in attack.

And selling Candreva would allow the club to keep Manchester United target Ivan Perisic.
