The Daily Star says Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea are battling it out for highly-rated Brazilian midfielder Lucas Silva.
Although he is a defensive-style player, he scored the winning goal in a 2-1 victory over England's Young Lions in the group stages as Brazil went on to lift the trophy.
The youngster is also on the radar of Barcelona and Inter Milan and was recently called up for Brazil's Under-21 side.
One stumbling block for the English clubs chasing his signature could be obtaining a work permit.
