Man Utd baffled by empty seats for Champions League opener

Manchester United are scratching their heads over their poor crowd for last night's Champions League opener against Bayer Leverkusen.

The teams kicked off with empty red seats visible in upper and lower tiers in all parts of the ground.

High prices for Champions League tickets and live local coverage of the game are being blamed for the less than expected roll-up crowd.
