Manchester United are in talks today for Ajax striker Davy Klaassen. During negotiations for Ajax midfielder Daley Blind, United manager Louis van Gaal also asked the Dutch giants to name their price for Klaassen.
United have not made an offer, but intend to bid for Klaassen should Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez both leave today.
Real Madrid WILL sign Chicharito on a season-long loan, while Welbeck is wanted by Tottenham.
Klaassen was part of Van Gaal's World Cup squad and is close to United striker Robin van Persie. He is currently playing as a No10 at Ajax, but can also play as an outright striker.
