Manchester United and Arsenal must wait for Porto striker Hulk. Sir Alex Ferguson fancies Porto's Brazilian striker, real name Givanildo Vieira de Souza, who will cost around £20m.
Yet Hulk, 23, wants stability in Portugal ahead of the World Cup this summer.
His agent Teodoro Fonseca said: "Inclusion in Brazil's World Cup squad is the most important thing.
"If he gets in, it could act as a gateway to England for him and that is what we want."
