Manchester United and Arsenal have made offers for Cardiff City prospect Aaron Ramsey.
The Daily Express says the 17-year-old, who is valued at around £5 million after only seven starts for the Bluebirds is being courted by Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger - with Old Trafford believed to be his likely choice.
