The 23 year-old Greece international is weighing up his options after impressing in European competition over the past two seasons.
Athens media sources state Manolas is under consideration at Manchester United and Arsenal.
Valencia have also come forward, with new owner Peter Lim boasting the spending power to compete with Premier League clubs.
For his part, Manolas hasn't ruled out staying in Athens for the new season.
