PSV Eindhoven have fielded interest from the Premier League for midfielder Kevin Strootman.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City have all been linked with Strootman this season.

Voetbal International says agent Rob Jansen made PSV aware of serious interest from a Premier League club last week and invited the player's minder, Cheil Dekker, to consider the offer.

"Because I represent Kevin, I cannot work on behalf of the club. Rob and I have known eachother for twenty years and I find him a very reliable colleague," explained Dekker.

Strootman says he's not interested in leaving PSV in midseason.
