Manchester United have announced Tom Cleverley will be missing for four weeks after his clash with Bolton Wanderers captain Kevin Davies.

Cleverley suffered ligament damage in his foot, but no break, following a tackle by Davies.

United expect the England Under-21 midfielder to be out for four weeks which is an improvement on the forecast yesterday when they feared a fracture would have meant he was unable to play for months.
