Man Utd alerted as Oxford considers West Ham future

Reece Oxford is unsettled at West Ham.

The London Evening Standard says the Hammers have put an £18m price tag on the 17-year-old.

And Oxford wants clarification on his role after West Ham sold James Tomkins for £10m to Crystal Palace, leaving a space open in Slaven Bilic's defence.

Manchester United are long-term admirers of Oxford and will be paying close attention to his talks with West Ham.

The Red Devils are set to add Paul Pogba to their squad in a world-record deal but they could also swoop for the Hammers youngster this summer.

Jose Mourinho has made three signings so far with Eric Bailly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan joining the ranks at Old Trafford.
