Manchester United are chasing Southampton fullback Nathaniel Clyne this week.
The Daily Star Sunday says United are closing in on £20million-rated Southampton right-back Clyne.
United boss Louis van Gaal has identified that position as a priority and Clyne is emerging as the top target.
A scouting delegation from United assessed Clyne, 23, in the Saints' 2-1 win at Newcastle last weekend.
United have already signed one full back from Southampton - Luke Shaw for £28m last summer.
And Clyne, who made his England debut this season, could be the next.
