Manchester United ace Robin van Persie says its an "honour" to play with Ryan Giggs.

In victory over Aston Villa, Giggs set up two of his goals on Monday night at the grand old age of 39.

And Van Persie said: "It's an honour for me to play with Ryan Giggs. I told him that.

"Every training session, the way he loves the game, he sets an example for everyone of us, young and old.

"Every day he is unbelievable. He is 39 now but you can't tell.

"He's fit, works his socks off and is a true example for young and old."
