Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia says a new training regime is behind his stunning form.
His renewed fitness is down to a fresh injury prevention regime involving bags of hard, physical work - and plenty of rest and massage.
He explained to The Sun: "This season I have developed a system to strengthen the muscles in my legs. Doctors and physios have prepared a special strategy to make sure I stay in good condition.
"I am ready to play 90 minutes if the manager decides. And I've reached a point where mentally I do not fear blows or tackles.
"I am trying to forget about all my injuries and increase my level of performance week by week. I just want to play well and avoid any more physical problems."
