Man Utd ace Rooney struggling to make Liverpool Cup clash
Manchester United star Wayne Rooney is struggling to make Sunday's FA Cup trip to Liverpool.
The Sun says United's top scorer has not trained all week after suffering an ankle injury in last Sunday's win at Arsenal.
It is a major blow to United boss Alex Ferguson's plans as he struggles with a major injury crisis.
United will hope they can take a look at Rooney training today with Fergie already missing nine other first-team players.
There are now fears that Nani, who hobbled away from the Emirates with an ankle problem, has ligament damage that could keep him out for two months.

It is a sure game for United to win because people thing that first eleven are suffering different injury but any player putting on United jersy from the reserve team would have the same spirit that's reason why United always win their matches.
