Manchester United ace Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes he "DESTROYED" Ligue 1 last season.

Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman is a big fan of Ibra and twice met him over the last year.

Ibra spent time in Charlotte with Norman when he was with Carolina Panthers and the following year the Redskins cornerback met up with the striker in Paris.

ESPN report on a conversation between the pair in May:

"You remember the last time I saw you? You remember what I told you?" Ibrahimovic asked.

"Sure," Norman replied.

"I told you that I was getting too old. This did not matter. I still destroyed everyone this season!"
