Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez feels he's far from the finished article.

The Mexican striker was a revelation for Manchester United last term, in what was his first season in English football.

He told the People: "It's been a difficult campaign because I have had some injuries that have disrupted my rhythm but now I am fit again and feel fresh for the important part of the season coming up.

"I try to learn all the time from the coaches and players at United because, here, you can never stop. I am working hard to improve and I know there is more to come from me.

"That is why I always give everything. I have always said I am ready to give the gaffer everything whether I am on the pitch for one minute or 90 minutes."
