Manchester City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips is set to avoid any action after his bust-up with Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate in midweek.
City boss Mark Hughes said: "Gareth came out and said that both of them were probably wrong at the time. It is a storm in a tea cup.
"We've had no indication from the FA that it was in the referee's report.
"I wasn't sure what happened, because I didn't see it myself.
"There were two guys involved, and they've possibly come to the conclusion that there was fault on both sides. It's no more than that."
