Wigan Athletic are set to land Manchester City striker Darius Vassell.
Vassell has snubbed Derby to complete a £1m move to Wigan - and will be joined at the JJB by Marcus Bent from Charlton.
Bent is in talks about a £750,000 switch to the 10th club of his career.
