Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure says he's in the Premier League because of players like Chelsea star Frank Lampard.

Toure loves the attitude of the Premier League pro.

He told the Daily Mail: "Guys like Lampard, they play good football but they take it so seriously and play very hard. Football for them is everything. They take it so personally because they don't want to lose. They don't quit.

"When they go on the field they simply think they will win every time and that is why they are so aggressive.

"That is why people love the Premier League. No team ever gives up. That is the difference between the Premier League and La Liga and the French league.

"That, really, is why I am here."
