Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure admits they need David Silva to get back to his best in the title run in.

Toure backed Silva to come through his recent dip in form.

"We need David," he told the Manchester Evening News. "He knows he is an important player for our team.

"But this is the big difference between Premier League and La Liga - in Spain you don't have the pressure, while here you have to be quicker.

"Silva has been a little bit down but he will soon be back."
