Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez expects a warm reception from Manchester United fans if he makes this weekend's derby.
He told The Sun: "I expect to get a good reception from the fans.
"I always gave my best at United and the fans know I did everything to try to score and help the team win.
"I don't see any reason why I should get a bad reception."
Emmanuel Adebayor ran the length of the pitch to celebrate his City goal against his former club Arsenal last week.
Tevez added: "What will I do if I score? I'll be glad but I don't think too much about it. If I don't score but we win I'll be happy."
