Manchester City winger David Silva disagrees with Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson over which team is playing the best football this season.

City entertain Tottenham today at the Etihad.

"At the start of the season we were creating and converting more chances and we have to do our best to regain that form," Silva told the Sunday Mirror.

"I have heard Sir Alex Ferguson has said that Tottenham are playing the best football at the moment.

"Of course, everyone is entitled to an opinion. But I think we are ­having a very good season and I can tell you that every player at City is very pleased."
