Manchester City defender Micah Richards is set to become a global brand.

The Daily Star says Richards, 19, has applied to register his name as a trademark. And he plans to use it on a range of products, including clothing.

Any objectors - which could include anyone with the same name - now have three months to lodge objections with the Trademark Registry.
