Manchester City defender Micah Richards insists big club interest doesn't unsettle him - it just motivates him further.
"But I'm very happy at City. There has been a lot of talk about me signing a new contract but, for me, there is no rush. I still have nearly three years to go on my current deal and I'm not going anywhere.
"I'm still young, I'm still learning and City is the best place for that."
Richards hands a lot of credit to his new manager, ex-England chief Sven Goran Eriksson, for his continued progress.
He said: "The manager is really cool and collected. He is a thoroughly nice person, who treats everyone with respect and earns respect back because of that.
"You can see his effect by the fact we are third in the league."
