Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha says there is great young talent coming through the English system.
"England is still a hotbed of young players,'' Onuoha told the Premier League's "Season Review", which highlights that of 320 scholars (aged 16-18) in elite academies last season, 85 per cent were British.
"City have been doing this for a long time with Micah Richards, Shaun Wright-Phillips, the list goes on. There are good players from all the academies, learning about the work ethic they need to succeed. There is more than enough talent out there.
"You just need to look at teams like Arsenal and the talent they are bringing through; some of those boys would get into any team in England.''
