Didi Hamann was delighted with Manchester City's performance last night.
Hamann was one of the Blues' best players in the 2-0 UEFA Cup win over Schalke and said: "We want to win the group now because that gives us a theoretically easier tie in the knockout stage and means we have the second leg at home which is important."
