Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov has rubbished reports of a move to Galatasaray.

"This is nothing but speculation, I don't understand the people who come up with such stuff," Bojinov told Gong.

"I have a club, where I am happy, where the manager has confidence in me.

"I've spent a whole evening talking to Galatasaray? What nonsense, that never happened.

"I've never said I want to leave City, quite the opposite, I can't wait to get back on the pitch. I want to help the team into Europe."
