Rolando Bianchi was delighted to score on his Manchester City debut in Saturday's win at West Ham.
"I received many messages complimenting me, above all from my former Reggina teammates and President Lillo Foti. I'm happy because I have real friends there and had a fantastic year in Reggio Calabria."
One of several Serie A ex-pats at Eastlands, Bianchi has settled in very quickly and thanks one man in particular for that.
"Corradi greeted me like a brother coming into his home. He is a great friend," explained the 24-year-old.
"Eriksson also helped me feel at home. He is a very nice guy and uses an Italian style of training."
