Oleksandr Zinchenko's spell with PSV Eindhoven has taken a downturn.

The winger is on-loan this season from Manchester City and was winning praise before Christmas.

However, Zinchenko was dropped to PSV's Jong team last week.

"I always look at what I can do better and will continue to develop myself," he said. "I will have to convince the trainer that I deserve to play."

The Ukrainian has found himself on the outer after the arrival of Marco van Ginkel on-loan from Chelsea.
