Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has pulled out of England's upcoming fixtures against Spain and Switzerland.
The Football Association confirmed Sterling was carrying a back complaint.
Manager Gareth Southgate will not receive a replacement for Sterling, leaving him with a squad of 22 for Saturday's Uefa Nations League game against Spain and Tuesday's friendly against Switzerland.
