Manchester City winger Adam Johnson was delighted with their Carling Cup win at Arsenal.
Johnson, mostly on the sidelines in the last two games, made the most of his chance and was instrumental in setting up the winning goal. He and his team mates are looking to compete for places as the games begin to come thick and fast.
"For me and the lads that play in this competition this gives us a chance to push to play in the team week-in, week-out. If we can come away with another trophy that would be a massive thing for the club. Every competition we are in, we want to win it," he told City's website.
