Manchester City are keeping tabs on Shakhtar Donetsk star Douglas Costa.
The Brazilian attacker is now fulfilling his promise at the Ukraine giants.
City scouts have tracked Douglas Costa in both legs of Shakhtar's Champions League victory over AS Roma.
Douglas Costa joined Shakhtar in January of 2010 in a 6 million move after spending two years in the senior squad at Gremio.
